ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will typically be shipped in 1-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Express orders will receive priority but we cannot guarantee same day shipment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11am EST on Friday will ship the next business day (first non-holiday after the weekend).
SHIPPING METHOD
Orders of $99 or more are eligible for free ground shipping. We offer 3 types of shipping: Standard Ground (3-5 business days), Express (2 business days), and Overnight (1 business day).
*Please note we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
RETURNS
What is your holiday return policy?
We want everyone to be happy with the fit and style of their new Flag & Anthem gear, that’s why we have extended our holiday return window through January 31, 2025. If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange on merchandise. Items must be unworn with original tags. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning through our returns/exchange portal will expedite the return process. Refunds generally take about 7 days to process once a return is scanned by carrier.
Returns sent back through our returns/exchange portal for a refund to your original payment method, will be subject to a $7.00 shipping fee (deducted from your refund).
We have partnered with Happy Returns by PayPal to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.

You may also ship using a trackable method of your choice (at your expense). Please email a record of your tracking number to info@flagandanthem.com and include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation in your return shipment.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange for another size you can process here. If you would like to exchange for a different product, the most efficient way is to return for a store credit and create a new order through the returns/exchange portal.
Items marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged.
INTERNATIONAL
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
